We Are Hiring - Experienced Bookkeeper
Long-standing family businesses are on the hunt for a Bookkeeper who thrives on accuracy, loves a well-balanced ledger, and enjoys making sense of the numbers that drive a business forward.
A vacancy has become available due to retirement with a phased handover.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling accounts monthly
- Preparing VAT returns
- Processing payroll and HR (preparation of contracts, etc)
- Maintaining organised financial records
- Some Health & Safety would be advantageous, but not essential
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Liaise with our accountant for year-end processes
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
- Are confident with QuickBooks, Excel, and Payroll software (Moorepay)
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
